Planning is the key driver of any successful project. Hence, we strongly believe that every project should commence with a clear and concise project plan. At CEM Estero SpA we prepare a preliminary project plan in the tendering stage itself.
Upon awarding the project, we upgrade the preliminary project plan
to a full planning logic along with a detailed WBS under the direction of the assigned Project Manager.
The Project Control Department
assumes control of the full planning
logic for the entire contract duration period.
Gantt bar charts, governed by the Critical Path Method Schedule, are then established for the creation and tracking of contract programmes.
During the execution phase, the plan is updated twice a month. The process of updating, identifying issues and adjusting the schedule and resources are carried out every fortnight for the entire duration of the contract in order to guarantee delivery of the project on time.
